Job Description:
Chelsea Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Network/Systems Field Engineer to join the Operations team.  This position full-time, based at our New York City offices and reporting directly to the Operations Manager.  The  network engineer is responsible for all aspects of the Chelsea Technologies clients production network and will have 3-5 years experience in the field.

Scope and Responsibilities include:
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory environments.
• Design and implement Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 and troubleshooting Exchange issues
• Work regularly with network principles including TCP/IP, CAT5 and CAT6 cabling, network switches routers and firewalls.
• Build and maintain desktop environments, including hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003.
• Work in fast-paced, high uptime client environments.

Skills:
Requirements for this full-time position include:
• 3-5 Years of experience working in Information Technology, in a professional environment
• A college degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or applicable professional experience
• Certifications in Microsoft and Cisco preferred
• VMWare and SAN experience a plus
• Blade server experience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
• Positive attitude, motivated and willing to learn
