Startup and Relocation Services Include:

Project Management:  Your project manager will proactively manage the totality of work needed to complete a project and Chelsea Technologies delivers in exact accordance with the specifications of the agreement.

Time Management:  The project manager assigned will be responsible for managing the overall schedule and conducting weekly status meetings with you. 

Status Updates:  Your project manager will proactively supervise the work needed for your project to its entirety; thus ensuring that the project is continually analyzed, prioritized and recommendations are given based on your business requirements.

Installation:  Chelsea Technologies will manage the entire installation process for your hardware, software, cable wiring and implementation of your network.
